Toyota Tsusho Systems Corporation (hereinafter “TTS”) hereby announces that it acquired all outstanding shares of Digital Solutions Inc. (hereinafter “DSI”) on March 3, 2026.  As a result, DSI has become a wholly owned subsidiary of TTS as of the same date.
 

Through this acquisition, TTS expects to further expand its IT engineering business and strengthen its overall competitiveness. In addition, TTS will continue to contribute to the advancement and sophistication of manufacturing capabilities for its customers.
